Hi,
I posted this on the Endyn board and wonderd if anyone here could answer it for me.
Going FI soon, SC, but i'm not in a HUGE hurry...
Now my question is this, can anyone in the know tell me if I should wait for the Endyn or get a JRSC? Like my other post said its not about quality or anything like that but without a set date for release (I approve of the "when its done" statement) but I dont want to wait for a year for a sc, can anyone suggest
a: Get a JRSC the Endyn will not come out any time soon...
or
b: Scoop is, wait, it will be "soon enough" that if you get a JRSC you'll fling yourself off a cliff for not waiting
I dont have enough to get both if endyn release soon but dont want to wait for a year for FI if they are that far out from releasing it...
Thanks,
Silver

Why not just get the JRSC now and send it off th Endyn to have them modify it. I am pretty sure they are doing this but it costs about $1500 more then the cost of the blower. Then if you need anything else, ie. injectors, new FMU, J&S or whatever, you can just get it on your own. It would kinda be like getting the Endyn setup, I mean the two things you need the most would be the reworking of the casing and the intake that they custom make. Everything else is available and could be peiced together.

The upgrade and the full system will both be nice but not the same. The full system has an Endyn blower that's NOT an Eaton produced and modified blower. If you have the money, I'd get the JRSC and then upgrade as things come out.

My advice is email endyn (larry) personally and ask them if they have any superchargers for your car ready and how much do they want for it. If they have one to sell, buy it, otherwise go with the JR kit and have endyn modify it later on. Either way you will be happy.

If you want big power, and want an easily upgradable boost system, then get the new Greddy kit with all the extras or an FMAX kit....you will be able to fly around town at 6 psi, and turn it up to 10PSI or so and dust Mr. SS comaro....just my two cents. I wish I would have gone turbo now, because it is a real bitch to have to do this and that to upgrade, I know you have to get that stuff too for a high boost turbo setup, but not really, because we are always going to be running 9 psi+ with our upgraded supercharged system, turbo guys can turn it up and down whenever they want, with stock injectors and a good fuel pump, you can run 10 psi for those spirited runs down the strip.....we s'charger guys lack this ease of boost increase, which sucks!! If you want more power than a 10 psi teg will give you, buy a supra tt or a comaro SS, in the end these cars are as cheap(used supra) or cheaper(SS)

Well, with slicks, a good clutch, LSD and 8 Psi you could hit high 12's
mid 12's are a stretch...would take a lot of practice and good 60' times..and headers, cam gears, exhaust, intake, and good tuning...230 HP to the wheels should get you 12's with slicks...

Exactly what maintenance are you referring to that the turbo will have over the supercharger?
